The Story
On 5 April 2025, Couture Fashion Night 2.0 took place at The Dolder Grand, high above Zürich. The evening brought together fashion, live performances and a luxury exhibition in one of Switzerland’s best-known five-star hotels. The programme moved from an opening apéro and exhibition to the runway shows, before ending with an after-party.
Couture Fashion Night was created in Zürich by luxury marketer Prat Das Kanungo, founder of Zurich.Influencers, and couturier Ketty Nunez, founder of Kenu Boutique. Their collaboration connects two different worlds: fashion and couture on one side, and communication, events and luxury marketing on the other. Prat also founded Zurich.Influencers with his wife Olga, building a community around brands, creators and events in Switzerland.
CFN 2.0 presented collections from Jean Luc Amsler, Carlo Pignatelli, Birds of Love by Elena Meise, Sada Couture and Kenu Boutique by Ketty Nunez. The evening also included jewellery and other luxury exhibitors. Madeleine presented its Swiss chocolate, alongside Amaro perfumes, Sette Donna, Nama Swiss and Chinese spirits brand Yanghe. Live performances accompanied the fashion programme, while more than 30 models took part in the shows.

My Editorial Experience
Couture Fashion Night 2.0 was my first experience of the event. I attended with my friend Charlie from Digital News Fashion, who invited me to join him and photograph the evening. I already knew Zurich.Influencers from previous events during the time I lived near Zürich, and I had also had the opportunity to meet Prat Das Kanungo. This time, however, I was able to discover Couture Fashion Night from inside and on a much larger scale.
I stayed close to The Dolder Grand so I could be fully prepared and concentrate on photography. Beyond the beautiful setting and the fashion shows, I particularly enjoyed meeting models from Zürich and other parts of German-speaking Switzerland. The event also brought together artists, media personalities and international guests from different creative worlds.
What I remember most is the quality of the organisation and the connections created during the evening. Fashion was naturally at the centre, but CFN was also a place for conversations and new relationships. Photographing the event gave me another perspective on this Zürich creative community — and it was the beginning of a connection that would later bring me back for Couture Fashion Night 3.0.
